Computer Science at CIT is Diverse
Can computer science make the world a better place? We offer a brief campus tour to demonstrate the diversity of computer science at the Technical University of Munich: open, collaborative work in the computer lab, research on soft robotic prosthetic hands, playful computer science education with Ozobots, and projects related to automated driving and mobility for all. You will also gain insights into the iPraktikum, where students work in teams on real industry projects and develop apps for customers.

Four 2024 CIT Diversity Awardees Take Gold at the WomENcourage Conference Hackathon
Six awardees of the CIT Diversity Awards attended the WomENcourage conference in Madrid, Spain. The awardees travel expenses and conference fees were financed by the TUM Gender & Diversity Incentive Fund. Four of the awardees won the conference hackathon with their concept “EndoAI”, a platform that gives patients health information and guidance about endocrinology concerns. Among 12 other teams they took first place as part of the 5-person group Digital Divas.
