The European Research Council (ERC) has awarded Advanced Grants to two professors at the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT): Martin Bichler for his project ELUD on equilibrium algorithms and Massimo Fornasier for NEITALG on optimization algorithms.

Recover mobility faster after a stroke: Researchers at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) have developed a system that combines an exoskeleton with electrical stimulation. Initial tests show that stroke patients can regain movement in paralyzed arms and hands earlier.
