The TUMapply portal modernizes the application process at the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology. Chairs and professorships can advertise positions, review applications, and provide feedback - securely, transparently, and efficiently.
The Applied Education Technologies team has released the first version of TUMapply. The new portal simplifies the entire application process for doctoral and postdoc positions:
- Professors can create job advertisements and manage applications centrally.
- Applicants fill out a structured online form and upload all documents securely – without email chaos.
- Decisions can be made directly in the system, supported by integrated templates.
TUMapply saves time for everyone involved, increases transparency, and improves the user experience. The TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology invites their professors to test the portal and provide feedback. The feedback will be incorporated into further development over the coming months.
